Default Mr. Miller et al: Pls. Advise

How to get in touch effectively with the embassy? Is it by email or fax? I have tried both before but I haven't got any reply from them yet. Probably, it's because the date when I send them was still within the boundaries of the the prescribed waiting period. Btw I am also one those PR applicants in Manila whose application status is still pending because of the IRPA last year.

My other question is- Is this the proper time to send a communication to the embassy now that their prescribed waiting period of 12 months has lapsed? Or should I have to wait first for another month before taking an action?

Thanks

There is nothing like a "prescribed deadline", but yes, you may send fax with status request. The question is - will you get any answer?

I am wondering how is the response at CHC New Delhi?
I heard they dont respond at all.

Do they respond to consultants ? How is your experience
with CHC New Delhi people. Do they reply to you when
you take your client's cases ?

Visa posts (incuding New Delhi) don't reply to status requests from applicants received within their published processing standards.

I have no problems with CHC New Delhi - I don't need to ask for status as they always process cases of my clients quite faster than their published processing times.

But if there is a need to contact them and for their reply then usually it takes about 4 - 6 weeks to get one by fax.
