Mr Miller-Change in plans - proof of funds
Mr. Miller and everybody else,
At the time I applied for the skilled worker PR I included my wife and
kids (2) in the application but due to certain circumstances (mainly
financial), my wife and I have decided that I take the lead and they
join later (Possibly by me sponsoring them). If this is allowed, will
I then need to show proof of funds equivalent of 1 person (i.e. about
$10,000)? or do I still need to show for 4 people?

You may change their status in the application to non-accompanying
dependants, but they still must undergo medicals and you won't get back any
processing fees.
Once they are no longer accompanying you will have to show enough funds for
yourself only.
