I think people are confused with the 10 extra points one gets for having "Arranged
Employment" or a Work permit. I beleive one has to hold either a job offer validated
by HRDC or fall under the exception category due to international agreements (e.g
NAFTA etc). I do not think that if you are in Canada holding a Work authorization
because your spouse is a full time student, you'll get 10 points for arranged
employment. am I right?
