To Mr. Miller
I saw in one of your previous postings the following statement: "If
you
can't make 70 points under new selection grid then your case will be
on hold
for long time now as Federal Court ordered CIC not to send refusal
letters
to pre-2002 applicants until all lawsuits are concluded."
I have a couple of questions regarding this situation:
1. Do you know if they sent at least a notice in case the applicant
doesn't have enough points ?
2. What happens with those having enough points ? Are they processed
normally or CIC prefers to put all the pre-2002 applications on hold
until a clarification of the situation, regardless the points ?
Thanks for your answers
O.

Re: To Mr. Miller
1. Nobody knows yet
2. Those with enough points should be processed normally.
