Default To Mr. Miller ...

Mr. Miller or Other Experts,

I'm seeing that alot of SKW applicants who had their files transferred
are being asked to submit the new application forms... here is my
question, our file just recently got transferred to NY. we applied for
PR in 10/01 and got assessment in 11/02. Will we be asked to re-submit
our PR application with the new forms? if so, will we be asked to
re-submit everything, such as FP, employment letters, bank
statements.., or just the new application forms?

Also, upon reviewing our CAIPS notes, we realized that we were not
awarded 5 points for immediate relative (sister), even though we
submitted all the necessary documents, how do we go about getting this
rectified.

Thanks in advance for your response.

You may be asked to submit just new forms or new forms as well as updated
supporting documents (including FBI certificate). In most cases in US
updated reference letters, proof of funds, FBI certificate and proof of
valid status in US are asked for in addition to new forms.
