Dear Mr.Humphries
I have a question and I need an Advice from you
Dear Mr.Humphries
I have applied at Rome (Can.Embassy) on June 2001 under skilled worker cat.
File number received on July 2001
Interwieu waived and request for ROLF,additional docs and medicals on March 2002
Medicals done April 04 ,2002
Sent to them the ROLF and additionals on July 2002 one part and on August2002 the rest
I'm still waiting for the visa....
Now my question is: If the Embassy will not contact me before the medicals expired may this cause the refusual of my application, or usualy them in those cases will ask the applicant to renew the medicals?
If you may give me an advice please: Is better that I contact them in this moment, or is better to wait for a while , that they contact me in case them will be able to run in time my backgraund check before the medicals will expire?
Unfortunetly i didn't find answers for this topic(about medicals expired) in this forum anywhere

You will not be refused if your medical examination expires before the visa
office completes your application. They would contact you and ask that you
undergo a new medical once they are finished. Sorry to hear of the long
delay. You should write to them and enquire.
