I am holdoing a Bachelor degree and Management and having 12 years experience as a
Finance Executive. My wife is a Doctor. My score as per the new immigration rules is
80. My spouse's brother is Canadian Citizen. I am planning to apply for immigration
very shortly. Pls guide me -
1. In addition to the routine certificates/ documents required, do I have to submit
some other documents which can help in getting immigration like getting a
notarized affidavit from my brother in law stating that he will be responsible
for all my expenses for the first 2 years or so.
2. Do I have to file my wife's papers for immigration alongwith my application for
can it be seperately filled later.
Please guide.

1. Without fully analyzing your case I can't really say what else you should include.
Each case is unique and requires individual approach. But in general any
additional document that will support your claim of being able to successfully
establish yourself economically in Canada can be helpful.
2. Yes, your wife's application must be included with yours.
