Hello Experts,

I applied through skilled independent category on March 01(From CHC london,Resident
UK).My file was selected for ottawa pilot project.(I am a computer programmer).Till
date I have not heard from CHC.What I have is only this letter stating my file has
been selected for pilot project.

Kindly advice is this normal. What time can I expect a reply about interview required
or not. Is all pilot project file are been processed in Ottawa now (Independent
category).

Both pilot projects (family and independent from certain countries) are so far a
disaster from the processing time perspective. You should fax a status request to
CHC London.

Hello Mr Miller,

As advised by you, I have faxed request for file status. And received reply from
CHC London.

It says: -

Your file is in interview queue. Your application was received at this office after
1-1-00,see attached sheet. (This information is hand written)

The attached sheet is a printed sheet with interview time line between 12 –15
months from application date.

Questions

1- As they have replied my application is in interview queue, does this mean my
application has been assessed and I require an interview. (As there was no assessment
letter received).
