Mr. Andrew how Long before i can apply??

I am in USA since 2001 left US for 3 months in AUG2003. my current H1
is valid untill June 2005, can i apply for PR in Bufalo or i have to
wait unitll 12 mo since the last entry to USA.
Alos if i visit canada for few days, would it break my contious
presence for PR purposes?

It is not about how long you were in US - it is all about for how long you
were admitted. If you are in US after being admitted for at least 12 months
then you can apply now through Buffalo.
