Default Moved: Can Anyone Help?

Hi All Can anyone help? Anyone Been in the Same Situation. My hubby and myself have been in Ontario for 3yrs on work permits, was up for renewal on Nov 07 but was refused on the grounds that hubbys, employer wasn't paying him the Standard rate of pay for his profession (Joiner) .So employer had to up the hourly rate and then re-advertise the job in the meantime we lost our status, and are in the process of applying for restoration and a new LMO . The problem I have got is that neither of us can work so I have lost my job as they need to hire someone ASAP and kids cant attend school and we have lost our OHIP.Can we do anything at all until such times as the LMO is approved(if it gets passed) and work permits get renewed. Would be grateful for any info or advice Thanks in advance Sooze

No idea about the situation, just wanted to offer you some hugs - what a stressful time for you guys. I think you might get more attention posting on the immigration board here. I hope things come through for you very shortly.

Hang in there!

I'm moving this to the Immigration forum Sooze, you will get better answers there.
