Default Micro questions about sponsored spouse PR application

The Sponsor check list (IMM5491) says that I should send a “photocopy” of the signed sponsorship agreement. All the other forms are originals. This seems odd. Why is this? Are we intended to keep the original?

In the notes, it says to make 2 photocopies - give one photocopy to the person you are sponsoring, and put the other in the application. Retain the original for your records.

Don't know why...

It saves them from any work at all!!!! Also it shows you have actually read the guidelines and are following instructions.

Good Luck
