Can I just ask (for future reference) - did you have to request a copy from your medical notes and if so, how long approximately does it take to get it? Just want to be prepared for when (hopefully) the time comes! Thanks

Yes, i requested a copy from my GP's files this morning. Will collect tomorrow.

I imagine it varies from surgery to surgery.

This whole process is so stressful. I hate to think how much i've aged!

I know, and you're much further along than us, I'm still stressing to see if the FBI will send my police checks back within the 60 days.... Major headache! I hate it when things are out of control! Doesn't bode well for the blood pressure test does it
