Default Medicals for a baby of age 12-18 months

I want to know what are the medical tests that are carried out for the babies of age between 1 to 2 years?

If I can recall correctly I think the doctor had us take off our 1 year old son's shirt and pants, and he listened to his breathing and heart with a stethoscope and that was the whole extent of it. Mind you our medicals were not much more, just we had blood drawn and X-rays to do. All very quick and simple. Family of four took 35-40 minutes.
