Default Medical and visa validity question

Mmy visa and Conf of PR document says it expires in Sep , but as far as i recall my Medical was done in June/July 2002 adding 1 year means it would expire before Sep ..

Do i have to worry about it or the date on my visa determines the validity of my medical ???
