In the grand scheme of things to most this is nothing. But after a year of being "in process" Ecas updated at 3am this morning (don't ask why i was up and indeed still am!) to say "medical results have been recieved."

I'm so dam excited right now that something is happening that I don't think i'll be able to go back to bed.

Ah well i'll have a nap later

That is all just wanted to share

Does anyone in the know, know if ths means an officer is actually looking at my file right now or do random data entry clerks just input this information to keep us minions happy??!!!!

We were put on alert yesterday after the nasty pile up near Leduc. Luckily the majority of the injuries were minor from what I heard.

Glad to hear there is movement at last. Dunno if it is just a random clerk but ours never said anything other than " in progress" until 2 months after we landed!

With us, the status went to "medical results have been recieved." pretty much a week after having the medicals done in November 2011. Next movement was 'We started processing your application on August 30 2012". Two weeks after that we got PPR.

I think you get the "We started processing your application..." one when it is on someones desk and awaiting finalisation. But, who knows with CPC Ottawa?

Oh yes, and e-cas didn't change to 'Complete' until about 4 months after landing, so as Zoe said, it's not the most reliable source of info!

thanks all. Mine has been "in process" since January of last year and these are the second set of meds i've done lol, Ecas hasn't changed in all that time Probably explains why I'm excited over nothing
