medical records - n/a ??
When you apply to get a PR, I know there are medical test to take. Do they go dig up
all of your old records from every past physician too for your whole life? Almost all
of my past physicians are passed away. Is that a thing could cause a problem?

Hi:
When you receive your medical instructions from CIC, you are to take them to a
Designated Medical Practitioner. The Designated Medical Practitioner will examine you
and fill out the form. Your medical examination for purposes of immigration is based
on this form, not based on your medical records from past physicians.

The medical examination process relies on a physical examination conducted by a
designated practitioner. It does not generally rely on past medical records.
