Medical Information
Hi
My next stage in the process of VISA application is, fingers crossed, a medical. What I want to know is what are they checking for?? Do I need to be super fit, muscular, about to enter an olympics etc...
Is there anything I can do to prep for the medical?
Any information would be great!

Re: Medical Information
Hi
Basically
* complete physical examination for all family members;
* chest X-ray and a radiologist’s report for everyone aged 11 years and over;
* blood test for everyone aged 15 years or over;
* urinalysis for everyone aged 5 years or over;
* HIV testing for everyone aged 15 years or over, as well as for children who have received blood or blood products, or have a known HIV mother.
Plus additional Hep C test if you have a tattoo

If you enter medicals into search function there have been lots of threads where people have decribed their experience at specific clinics too

Re: Medical Information
I have dislocated my shoulder around 50 times and need an operation sooner rather than later, do you think I should say something about this or is that a bit risky...??

Re: Medical Information
you will have to complete a medical questionnaire, not sure if this covers a question about dislocations?
