Medical Exam
When applying for PR through spousal sponsorship, does the applicant do the medical before applying or after when they tell you?

Re: Medical Exam
Have the medical done, the doctor will send the medical to the local Canadian Immigration Medical Centre type place (i.e. for NZ it was in Singapore!) and give you a receipt.
Include that receipt in with your application.

Re: Medical Exam
I say just before as the medical is valid for one year..... If you get it done and then waste three months sorting out your application, you have wasted some of that time.
When your PR Visa is issued it will only be valid until your medical expires.... you'll have to land before then.
So make sure your medical is one of the last things you do....
