Med Requests
Recived our Med requests yesterday from Buffalo. 
Is it worth our while requesting Police Checks now or wait until the Meds are completed?

yes, why not just send off for them. Hopefully we will have PR within 12 months so they shouldn't expire.

That's fantastic news, congratulations! Did you get asked for police certificates with your meical requests? If that's the case I would probably just go ahead and get them ordered.

Thanks for your congratulations, just hope it all goes well from here.
Didn't get asked for the police checks, just med requests, that's why I thought I'd ask for other people's opinion.
Think I'll ask for them anyway.
Next question, did any ex military applying from Canada apply for German police checks or just UK and RMP certificates? The ACPO check now asks if you are serving or ex military on their application form.
If the RMP one will suffice, it save a trip to Edmonton to get thew German Consul to confirm our identity on te German application form.
I take it we'll also have to apply for Canadian checks as well as I've been here 14 months and Mandy has been here for 22 months.
