May I travel without the document called permanent resident travel abroad?
I just landed lately, but I haven't got my permanent residence card yet. Currently, I still hold a valid single entry visa to Canada, which was obtained during my PR application. My question is: Am I permitted to return to Canada after Dec. 31st, 2003 with the single entry visa or an application of a document called "permanent residence travel abroad" is a must?

You cannot come back using a visitor (temporary residence) visa. You will
need the PR card or a facilitation visa to leave and return after December
31st, unless you are travelling to the USA only.
