Hi
I have a couple of questions i need to ask, if anyone could help me
out, it will be great help. I am an indian citizen living in us for
the past 9 years, i met my to be wife in seattle and am planning to
move to canada.
What is the best way to go about filing for this application ?
Does CIC accept court marriage certificates ?
what are the approximate timelines ?
i want to do a court marriage and start the paper work before we do
the big indian shing ding wedding, so that once we are married , i
don't have to stay here in us ? or is there a different approach i can
take ?
