Default marriage and PR card

my fiancee is canadian. we're gonna get married in august. when will i
get a PR card? how long does it take (i hope before april 2004)?

you have to actually apply for PR status first.

goto http://www.cic.gc.ca and then go to the sectionon sponsoring a family
member.

You'll get PR Card within few weeks from landing in Canada as a Permanent
Resident. To become a PR you must first apply for PR visa - in the case of
spousal sponsorship process may take anywhere from 6 to 12+ months in
Warsaw.
