Default Manitoba pnp

More questions o behalf of my son and dil.

They have now found out (from the mpnp assesor) that their application has now been passed to the 2nd assesor and that "the work on your application is almost done". They were thinking of going out anyway on a Bunac and getting work while the (general stream application) is still in process. The officer has said not to get a TWP as this is all about finished, but was obviously not able to say whether or not it's a YES, or a no!!

Is it worth going the BUNAC way and getting there and doing the CHC London part whilst they are in Canada looking for work, or waiting to see what the result it.

The officer also said "bide your time and be patient"

It's killing them not knowing which way to jump!!
