LP after Medicals from LON-CHC for Pakistan Residents

Hi, I am a national & resident of Pakistan living in Karachi. I submitted my medicals
on Jun 19, 2001 to CHC London. Can anyone tell me how long will it take to issue LP.
Secondly, I recieved a fax from CHC London to my inquiry regarding the postage of LP.
I told them I want my LP to be sent through courier, rather than regular post. And
that I will bear the cost. Their reply was simple. "The visas are send by
International Record Post" what is "IRP?"
Will appreciate comments/feedback.
