Ok so my situation is im on a working visa (IEC) which expires August 28th 2014.. im not eligible for the four year extension, so my plan is to find sponsorship. (LMO) any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

An IEC cannot be extended, so I don't quite understand your 'not eligible' statement.

What help are you asking for? How to find a company that would be willing (and able) to apply for an LMO or a company willing and able to apply for PNP sponsorship?

A lot would depend on what type of work you do, what your skills are and where you are located. Blanket (open) LMO's are often available for some semi-skilled workers in the service industry such as Tim Hortons, Subway and McDonalds. Finding a company able to obtain an LMO for a job such as an Administrative Assistant or an Accounting Clerk would be much harder because the company have to prove that there is no suitable Canadian or PR able or willing to do the job.
