I wouldn't be discouraged, unlike many you have the option of PNP streams or Start Up program, as you wish to set up a business and employ Canadians. Many without business experience don't qualify for that either and their only route over is to get a sponsored job offer, which can be incredibly tough. So you have more chance than a lot of people!

My last message said pretty much the same thing - "I think your best bet is to concentrate on the business visas, as long as it will be an active business and hiring Canadians, that will work and you'll have a choice of PNP's, as well as the Start Up program etc if you don't want to be tied to one province. So have a good read of those, and I'm sure you'll find a route that suits."
