Hi all,
It's been over 2 months since I sent my updated info to London - originally applied for PR under skilled worker with AOR Sep-05, updated info as now in Canada on temp wp asking for fast tracking. Haven't heard anything as yet and can see some people with AOR after me now getting med requests. What's the best email address for me to use to contact London to see if I can chas things up?
Also, what should I say in the email to get the best response - any ideas?

Here is a link to the 'contact us' page on the london CHC site.....http://www.canada.org.uk/visa-info/general/email_e.htm
They have given instructions as to how soon you can expect a response etc.
As for what you should say - I would keep it short & sweet. Plaster your file number on the top & politely ask how your case can be expected to progress now you are working in Canada on TWP.

We had an update letter back in March 2007 and are still waiting for our med requests - despite emailing CIC twice to remind them that we still exist!!!!!! I also have noticed that there are a lot of people with AOR's after me (jul 05) getting med requests, people with an AOR of Aug/Sept/Oct and even Nov. I know CIC must have their reasons for this (personally i wonder if they had forgotton about us until we reminded them!), but it doesn't feel very fair when we've been waiting this long etc
Still, i'm tryng to be postive and think happy thoughts... there's always tomorrow!
