LMO help needed
Can any one help with advice re securing a job offer with LMO in construction in Calgary???

You would need to check on the requirements.
One of the pilots allows Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to issue an occupation-specific work permit to TFWs working in Alberta in one of the following specific occupations:
steamfitter-pipefitter
estimator
welder
heavy-duty equipment mechanic
ironworker
millwright
industrial mechanic
carpenter

Depending on what you are skilled at in construction, you may not need an LMO for Alberta construction jobs.
