when sponsoring a spouse does a person need to meet LICO requirements and does it
change if the person is already in the country? I've been on a student visa for the
last 12 months and finding that it's getting a bit hard in the income department. I'm
just trying to look at our best option before we submit our application. Although I
don't wish to leave I feel it may be better for us if I applied from out side Canada.
This way we can continue to meet our financial obligations. I don't know if this was
ever made to be easy
