Hi:

Hi:

According to National Occapational Code Classification, the following are the
employment requirements:

Respiratory therapists require the completion of a two to three-year college or
hospital program in respiratory therapy, including clinical training.

Clinical perfusionists require the completion of a respiratory therapy or registered
nursing program with a minimum of one year of work experience as a respiratory
therapist or registered nurse and

Completion of a one-year college program in clinical perfusion, including
clinical training.

Licensure is required for respiratory therapists in Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta and
British Columbia.

In Quebec, membership in the professional corporation for respiratory therapists is
mandatory.

Yours truly, Ingrid Y. Chen, B.A., LL.B.
