Still it's not clear, whether a children-related education or experience (NOC 6474)
is OK for LCP intending to work with elderly people. And another Q is, if
"overqualified" is really a danger for prospectice LCP (for ex., can Registered
Nurse, Doctor's Attendant and close educations be qualified)? By the way, is it
possible to apply for LCP authorization with subsequent landing for unsucsessful
refugee claimant in Canada (against whom, as usual, a Conditional Departure Order was
issued at the very moment of filing the Refugee Claim)?

Any response is appreciated.
