Letter from Paris - request for information - help!
Hi,
I filed my application as skilled worker in june 2004 and just received a letter from the embassy in Paris (I'm Belgian) asking me to fill in forms IMM0008 Generic, IMM0008 Schedule 1, Schedule 3, IMM5406 and IMM 5562 again. I also have to send 4 photographs again, police certificates, diploma's, recent reference letters and payslips for the last 3 months. What does this mean? Is this good or bad news? What does it mean for my processing time?
Also, when I filed my application I was working as a translator for a company, but since then I have started as a freelance translator, so what do I do about the reference letters and payslips? I don't have any ... Do I just include a letter explaining, possibly with a copy of my recent invoices?
I hope someone can help. I'm at a loss and desparate ....
Thanks,
Kelly

This means that your application is under consideration but up to date information is required. As to your new working method - copies of your recent invoices and payments thereto would probably suffice.
