Default Less IELTS Score Submit or not

Hi Every body,
Here is my case. I had interview in june 2004. They ask me to submit IELTS results. I took IELTS test two times. Unfortunately i got same score. According to this score out 16 points i am getting only 10 points. I have to get 16 points in English profecency. Then only i will qualify for immigration(67 points). I have only another choice i.e Job offer letter from canada. I am planning to submit this results and requesting some time for job offer. Is it ok to submit IELTS results and request some time for job offer? or is there any solution. I appreiciate you help.

Thanks

Personal opinion, I think you are out of luck. CIC thought your English wasn't up to par and they requested ILETS, I don't think that they are going to wait for a possible job offer before refusal.

Job offer letter alone won't help - it must be a job offer with positive Arranged Employment Opinion by HRSDC.

You may try, but it seems that your case may be closed any day now if it hasn't been closed already as you probably got something like 90 days to provide IELTS results.

Hi Vemulas,

I'm just curious- what visa post were you interviewed? It seems that the immig officer there is kind-hearted enough to give you a chance to reach the 67-point mark by submitting IELTS despite being interviewed already. In other cases, some applicants (w/o IELTS) were given immediate negative selection after the interview.
