Question Leaving date

Leaving date...

I entered the country on sept 11th 2009 and i will have to leave one way or another and re-enter as a visitor. Is there any problems that anyone knows about leaving a day later... like on the 12th Sept???

Yes, you would be an illegal alien in Canada, whether you get caught or not who knows. You could be refused entry as a visitor. Will they find out, no way to tell until your try it. If going to the US, they will know you have entered and information is shared between Canada and the US. Never a good idea to overstay a visa if you want to come back. One day or one year, it does not matter.
