Landing on one nationality , returning after short visit with another.

Landed with one national passport. At time of landing I already had duall
nationality. Will it be a bother if I used the other one on return from a short visit
overseas (with the same landing papers of course)?

Yes, you may get into some problems as your landing papers state the nationality
under which you got PR status.
