Default keeping status active while waiting on PR

Hi all,

We are here on a TWP after receiving positive LMO. The TWP expires 05/2014.

We are currently awaiting on PR through the PNP programme.

In order to keep our status active do we:

take our BC PNP letter of acceptance to the border for another TWP? (baring in mind the certificate expired 07/13 , only valid for 6 months after receipt)

or

Have the company apply for another LMO

Or is there something I'm missing?

Thanks in advance guys

Get in touch with BC PNP, tell them you're still waiting for PR, you need a work permit and that your original letter has expired. Ask them to issue a new letter, it should't be a problem.

A lot less hassle than an LMO.
