Just spoke to Bunac - police cautions
Hi,
I am about to send the forms off to Bunac for the Canada work program. I have been worried as I recieved a police caution for class A drugs 9 years ago. The lady I spoke to said still apply but add a letter to stating why I recieved the police caution. The lady said the people who process the applications treat every case like this (ones like mine) different when I asked about chancesd of being refused. She said to me "I would not say for you not to apply"
Any people with simular issues with BUNAC visas?
Do you think it worth risking and applying?

Just sent off for my police check - I had one last year (old type) came back blank. If this is not on my police check, is this good news? I will confess all on the BUNAC forms and its better to be honest at the end of the day. I just need to write a letter now to go with my BUNAC forms to explain the day I was caught with the drugs (worth £5)

Did you get your VISA?
Im in a very similar situation. Drugs caution 6 years ago for possesion of MDMA and Cannabis. Doesnt look good for me
Bunac said apply anyway so sending off my application tomorrow.
Banff is where i plan on going also. If they let me
