Joint application with common-law
Hello
If my common-law partner and I split up, would I have to submit a new application? We currently have a joint CEC application for permanent residency being processed, I am the primary applicant and he is the spouse.

Hi
1. No, you inform CIC that you are now separated and that you wish to remove him from the application. He would have submit his own application.
