I would like to know if anyone has heard of this Company in India called Can-achieve Consultants. Apparently, they are immigartion consultants who are offering clients an HRDC approved Job offer. Once Can-achieve secures this offer, they promise to file your papers with CHC, and it will speed up the entire process. If anyone has heard of them, here in India or overseas, do let me know.
And has anyone been able to acquire an HRDC approved job offer. How does this procedure work. And is it reliable (or can a Comapny refuse the candidate the job once he/she lands in Canada). Do reply anybody.
Many thanks!!

Re: Jobs available and sponsored employment visas
Unless you are a scientist of some kind, have a very, very specific and weird occupation or have a relative or friend with an enterprise I find hard to believe this jobs offers are real. If they have PRs or Canadians looking for job, why bother hiring someone you dont even know and waiting for him for 1 or two years.
So for the guy of the Indian company, you better do things right, if not when they catch these guys you could be processed for obtaining your visa with a false employment offer.

I will let Can Achieve speak for themselves however HRDC approval for
a job offer is not a guarantee that the visa will be issued, it is
simply one aspect of the selection process. If you obtain an HRDC
employment certification for a temporary job you can apply for a work
permit, if you obtain an HRDC opinion for a job offer in Canada you
get an additional 15 points in the selection system, 10 points for the
HRDC opinion and 5 points for arranged employment in the adaptability
factor. You still have to meet all of the other requirements, have an
occupation that is in the Skill type 0 Skill level A or B and you must
meet the requirement for at least one year of full time employment and
75 points total for all the selection factors. Having HRDC approval is
a major step in the right direction but it is not a guarantee that you
will be issued a visa and yes if circumstances change within the
corporate environement the company can withdraw the job offer once you
land in Canada, this is certainly very much the exception to the rule,
however the economy is fragile and SARS is only contributing to the
sluggish nature of Canada's economy.
