Default Job Offer and TWP under Intra Company Transfer

Hi,

I am about to travel to Canada on a TWP under Intra Company transfer - Specialized Knowledge, in the next couple of weeks or so.

Fragomen prepared all the immigration documents required.

My question is this:

The job offer I have states "hire date of XXXXXX for a regular full-time employment", and under conditions of employment it states "You must obtain Canadian Permanent Resident status, within the term of your WP". If not then I am considered voluntarily resigned from the company, in Canada.

The rest of the supporting documents:
1 - Canadian Employment support: states temporary 3 years assignment.
2 - Home country employment: States temporary 3 years assignment.
3 - Immigration lawyer letter directed to immigration officer: States 3 years.

I understand the job offer is a standard conditional letter, however will this cause any issues at all?

Thanks a lot.

No providing you meet the requirements of the Intra Co Transferee. Basically they are saying you must obtain PR status within that 3 years and if you dont then its no job and back to the UK
Quick tip dont apply for PR status with only 6 months left on the 3 yr contract get it done asap.

Great I was under that assumption but was worried that an Immigration may view differently.

Everything else more than qualifies, but I started to lose sleep over this especially that I am going with the family and my Immigration solicitors has not responded yet

I am thinking I will apply under the FSW upon arrival if family is happy.

Thanks for the reassurance.
