Hello,

We have our ITA for EE CEC skilled workers and are hoping to send off our application this weekend.
We are currently in Canada on the IEC visa, my husband is the main applicant and has got 13 months work experience in a A skilled job, in his current role.
When we first applied we said he had a valid job offer, LMIA exempt and got 500 points, but no points for the job offer. On the documents needed he needed a job offer letter, letter of employment and employment record.

We now think he hasn't got a valid job offer, as it's the job he's doing, doesn't have an LMIA and the job isn't named on his visa.
When we change the answer to does he have a job offer to No, it takes away the letter of employment and job offer letter and leaves the employment record, it doesn't change our points at all.

Please can someone confirm if we are correct in thinking the answer is No, and he doesn't have a job offer as has already been working in the same skilled job for 13 months?
