How long does it usually take for a job offer to be validated by the HRDC? What is
the procedure? The company has to call the HRDC, fill in forms, etc?

It may take anywhere from few weeks if employer already exhausted all options of
finding Canadian employee and has evidence to prove that, to several months if
employer didn't start the search for domestic worker yet. Employer must initiate the
process with HRDC. More info can be found here:
