Default Interview waive off letter?

I applied from Hong Kong and Indian citizen too. I got medical papers and landing fee request. But I did not get any letter that says that your interview is waive off.

My lawyer told me that " if you get landing fee request and medical papers it means that your interview is waive off"

I hope so.

Thanks

He is probably right. It would appear that some offices are not
interviewing all out of area applicants anymore.
