Default Interview at LA

Hi,
If I receive an interview at LA and unable to get an US Visa , what
are the options. Applied For PR while staying US, but had to return to
India after 6 years. Your help is much appreciated.
Thanks

You have only two options if interview is required - one is to try to ask
Buffalo to transfer your file to New Delhi. If your request is not granted
(Buffalo clearly stated on their website that they don't transfer files on
request) then your case will be assessed without interview and most likely
refused. Then you will have a second option - to file new application
through New Delhi.

Thank so Much Andrew, One more clarification, If my case will be
assessed without interview and failure to attend interview is it
automatic disqualification? Or I could be judged with whatever marks
they have awarded? Could I appeal.
Again, I appreciate your help.
