Interview Date Recvd..Ny.. Some Q's
Hi All, Im back.....Finally after month.....I got the letter from NY stating the date and time for an interview.
BUT I don't know what exactly are they gonna be asking me? Ive applied under Spouse sponsorship.....
Any idea....If they're really strict of these kinds of interviews?
Any thing special I need to know?
Basically...they sent me a letter to confirm...date/time of place/ what to bring.......thats all
any help appreciated
thnx

If it is the spousal case then it is most likely (in 99% of cases) that
there is some problem with determination if your relationship is a bona fide
one, or just relationship of convenience for the purpose of immigration.
Prepare yourself for serious grilling.

This is the type of case where obtaining CAIPS notes may be a definite
advantage.
