Default Interview Call and Newborn

Hi Mr. Miller .

Hello all. I was awaiting interview since the day I applied on OCT
'2001. I had added my wife after i applied. I had received all medical
papers for me and my wife long back. I had received a letter on
Aug-28-2003 from Consulate in LA saying me that they want me to come
for interview on Nov-12-2003. They want all of my family member for
interview. But recently on Sep 5 my wife gave birth to a baby.Baby is
born here in USA. What do you advice ? Do I have to inform consulate
about baby born as they want application for all above 18 and baby is
new born or just go to interview because they had told in letter that
this is your only chance for interview and i don't wanna miss this.
What is the best and legal way to inform consulate about my babyborn
or I just wait till I go to interview. As we had baby after we received
interview letter.

Please advice me

Thanks in advance.

Hgor

You should inform the consulate about the birth of the baby. They will send medical papers for the baby too.

Only applicant and spouse should attend the interview, kids are not even
welcome as they distract everybody.

Dear Himanshu:
Yes, you have to disclose Information on your Baby at the time of the
inerview and pay the additional "A family member of the principal
applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or
common-law partner $150" fees. They will then also issue a Medical Exam
for the Baby. If you do not disclose the Baby now, the BABY will not be
allowed to enter CANADA on your visa, you will have to put a new
application in for the baby, if do not want the baby to migrate with you.

Wishing you the very best,
Very truly yours,
--D. Gian
