I had an interview recently for an extension to a TWP, all went well. It lasted an hour and a half at the CIC offices here in Victoria. The first 20 mins or so were a bit intense (I had to prove the Canadian company that I was buying would bring further economic benefit to Canada). Once I had proved that, after 30 mins or so, the rest of the interview was a friendly chat as we went through the rest of the paperwork.
That was my experience. Your interview all depends on what you are being called in for and making sure that you are prepared to answer clearly on the subject they are asking you about.

sorry reason for interview says : previous correspondece informed you that you had met all the eligibility requirements for permanent residence, a final determination on whether you meet statutory requirements can only be made at an examination interview. Need to bring my passport, photo and right of landing fee - also husband who is sponsoring me (am already in Canada) as they may need to question him.

You should use the forum to ask for expert advice on what those requirements are, so that when you go for interview, both you and your husband have a good idea and you know you can show you meet them.

Your focus is on finding out and making sure that you meet all the 'statutory requirements'

Congratulations.
This is a landing interview. You will leave the CIC office as a newly bred PR. No need to bring the husband, unless you are going to celebrate Halloween afterwards.
