My husband is from the states and has been in canada for a year or
so.... on visitor visas.... we were told to fill out a NR74 for
determination of residency status for tax purposes ... I am unclear how
to fill out this form is there anyone out there that has been in or know
about this sitution ... I need help please...
I didn't know anything about this and the ppl we hired for immigration
(mentioned in earlier posts) don't know a darn thing about anything ...
