Dear Azad,
I was told by several immigration consultants that by June 2004 CIC is going to finalize files upto 2001. I do not know if it is true or not. I believe Mr. Miller is the best person who can advise us in this regard.

Just rumors. Every time you hear something like this from sources other than
CIC ask for written guarantee... :-)
