Default Income levels for sponsoring of parents

My wife wants to bring her parents over from Vietnam.

What level of income must she have to do this.

She is a recent landed immigrant herself of 2.5 years.

Hi:

Depending on the number of individuals in your household, your wife requires
sufficient income pursuant to the Low Income Cut Off point. If your wife does not
have sufficient income, you can act as the co-sponsor.

Assuming that there is only you and your wife in your household, and you are residing
in a large city, your wife would require an annual income of $32,759.
